The "Poverty Perspectives" Model

The Poverty Perspectives Model incorporates three local community programs and two national services. The three programs make up the "Opportunity Community," and will be implemented in cities across the United States. The two national services are  the Research Institute and the Making A Real Difference Website, an online tool that provides assistance to Opportunity Communities. These two services are under development and coming soon!

Opportunity Community: Poverty Bridge provides communities guidance in developing an Opportunity Community through implementing three programs.
